The eighth edition of Steyoyoke’s Quadrivium plays host to three brand new formidable talents to the storied label: Chris Mørgan, Haffenfold, and Nilseus. This collection is an integral addition to any ethereal techno library; quintessential Steyoyoke.

We embark on this airy journey with 2 complimenting tracks by Chris Mørgan. “Alone”, sets a haunting and powerful tone with its lush atmospheres and yearning vocals. The second one is “No”, comprised of equally dreamy textures, features a lighter and more sorrowful tone with delicate string-like accents and long emotional leads. From there, Haffenfold takes the helm of this deep emotive voyage with “Eternal Winters”. Thrusting the listener into a dreamlike trance, this symphony pulls at heartstrings with a masterful display of lush textures and use of evolving horns and other organic instrumentation. The Duo continues building their hopeful and bittersweet ethos. Nilseus concludes our pilgrimage with "Ocean”, his delicate and expressive composition. The dense enveloping atmospheres can hardly contain the driving push of the low end and droning mysterious leads that can be felt in one’s soul as deep an ocean.
